During training Cathy will guide you through your exercise program in a fun and supportive way, focusing on your technique and helping you become familiar with your tailored fitness program. As you progress through training sessions you will discuss nutrition and diet recommendations that will support your health and fitness journey.

Personal Training

Personalized Training Sessions.

12-week programs, 1/2 hour or 1 hour sessions.

All personalized training sessions are conducted at our studio in DunLaoghaire.

Powerbelling

Half hour combo of Kettlebells and Powerplating.

Circuit Training

Mixes cardio and strength training. You can be in and out of the gym in 30 minutes.

Increases muscle fiber, circulation and bone density. Great for cellulite removal.

Performing strength exercises isometrically, such as a squat, lunge, pushup or triceps dip, on a Power Plate helps build muscle in a short period of time.

TRX Training

Methods to get you to overcome over eating. Especially emotional eating.
