Cathy incorporates Dyna Bands in to her routines Dyna Bands are an easy, transportable and affordable way of doing resistance training. It is this versatility which makes them an ideal part of your fitness kit.

Dyna bands looks like an extremely strong elastic skipping rope. They are available in a range of colours with each colour representing the amount of resistance that will be involved. For instance red would be suitable for beginners, while black/grey coloured bands would be more suitable for those who are regular resistance trainers.
